Erin has been a professional commercial dancer for 15 years and turned to yoga in 2013 to help her find a little calm amongst a very exciting but chaotic lifestyle as a dancer.
The benefits of the practice were so great that she decided to take her passion for yoga one step further and embarked on her journey as a yoga teacher completing her 200hr teacher training in Goa, India with The Yoga People in 2018.
She has completed trainings in Ashtanga, Rocket, Yin, Mandala Vinyasa, Breathwork and meditation and brings an dynamic and fiery element to her classes which in turn brings clarity and peace of mind through a moving meditation.
Erin now teaches in various studios across London including Third Space and Digme as well as live and on-demand online classes.
She offers classes to cater for all levels of ability and all environments such as studios, workshops, corporate spaces, festivals, retreats and in the privacy of your own home. From relaxed yin classes and meditation/minfulness sessions to dynamic power classes, Erin can adapt and tailor her sessions to meet your needs.
Erin created The Gratitude Retreat in late 2020 as she has a huge passion for helping people and wanted to share the tools and practices that helped her so much throughout her dance career with others. The response to this was so positive in the way it helped people improve their mindsets through the multiple lockdowns that Erin continues to coach people through the 28 day programme every month.
