FRIDAY HEELS DANCE CLASS FOR FEMALES
90 minute class starting with a self love./grounding meditation, moving into a warm up/conditioning, walking in heels, then learning choreography to perform at the end of class.

Suitable for all levels, just show up with out judgment and have fun!

You will learn how to reconnect to your sensuality, sharpen your memory and focus, improve co-ordination, strengthen, condition, stretch and sculpt your body, love yourself as you are, have fun, express yourself, and join a community of other beautiful women looking to do the same!
Bring Trainers and heels and something you can move in and feel sexy in! Suitable for beginners...

ABOUT ERIN DUSEK
Erin has worked as a professional commercial dancer in London for the past 20 years. Her credits include touring with The Spice girls, Robbie Williams and Take That, live shows with Kylie minogue, ColdPlay and Rihanna, music videos for artists such as Katy Perry,dancer forX factor and Britains Got Talent, Hollywood films and fashion shows.

Erin also teaches yoga, meditation and breathwork classes and is the founder of The Gratitude Retreat online programme and retreats in Ibiza and brings an element of spirituality to her classes.
​
She is passionate about guiding females through movement to allow freedom of expression, connection back to their own bodies and sensuality and out of their heads, and bringing joy through music and choreographed movement.
