Class Description

This is a 90 minute year-end ceremony to ground, accept, clear and realign your energy before stepping into 2026. Together we will move through meditation, breathwork, journaling, gratitude and visualisation to honour your journey, release what no longer needs to come with you and create space for what is ready to rise.
